Our activities rely on a network of employees, subcontracted drivers, and suppliers who provide vehicles, fuel, equipment, storage facilities, uniforms, and other business services. Any form of coercion, bonded labour, debt bondage, deceptive recruitment, or exploitation is strictly prohibited within our operations and among those who work with us. Our zero-tolerance stance is communicated as a core requirement within our contractual arrangements and business relationships. Where modern slavery risks are identified or suspected, we will take immediate and decisive action, which may include suspension of work, termination of contracts, and cooperation with relevant authorities where appropriate.

Responsibility for implementing this statement rests with the senior management of Man with Van Sutton. Managers are expected to promote awareness of modern slavery risks within their teams and ensure compliance with this policy. Relevant staff involved in procurement, recruitment, and supplier management are made aware of the potential indicators of exploitation and the importance of raising concerns.
